The Fast Track Program


Career development at Prudential Arizona Properties is very targeted. The Fast Track Program is aimed at the new licensee who wants to get up and operating quickly. The classes are available on a drop-in basis for more experienced Sales Associates who need a brush up or want to hone of a particular skill. All modules are done in PowerPoint with slide handouts for the students to take notes. These are supplemented with other handouts, job aids and dialogue scripts.

Fast Track classes run one day a week for six weeks. These sessions are stand alone so Sales Associates can start anytime during the rotation. The student spends the time between the weekly sessions in the field utilizing the skills and knowledge. Each class starts with accountability and a debrief of that week's prospecting activities. Our on-the-job- training motto is: "No Sales Associate left behind!" The Fast Track curriculum in integrated with our on-line coaching:

 

  • Week 1 - business planning focusing on the Sales Associate's first 90 days in real estate. This means developing a Realtor mindset, needed equipment, building a team of vendors and contacts, personal and auto appearance, previewing properties, time management, marketing your business and more.
  • Week 2 - prospecting for business encompasses farming, expired listings, unrepresented sellers (FSBO's), open houses, and your sphere of influence.
  • Week 3 - buyer basics covers agency and representation, steps to set up showing, managing buyer expectations, and formulating a purchase contract.
  • Week 4 - seller skills part one addresses CMA valuations, attrition and market implications, property marketing guidelines, formal seller presentation creation, home enhancement discussion, completing the Listing Contract, MLS profile sheet and Seller's Net Sheet.
  • Week 5 - seller skills part two addresses the Listing Presentation, dialogues and negotiation steps to establish the correct price the first time. Online Coaching's Live Listing Presentation is reviewed and discussed. How to market the listing once the paperwork is signed as well as servicing the listing and price reductions is covered. Handling seller expectations is stressed and role-played.
  • Week 6 - Negotiating, goal setting and formulating a formal business plan are covered. The Sales Associate is exposed to Relocation and Marketing services.
