Vic Getsinger
President/CEO Designated Broker

Vic Getsinger, President/CEO and Designated Broker is the primary owner of Prudential Arizona Properties.  He is a longtime Valley resident and one of the real estate industry's most accomplished and respected leaders.   He is an expert at developing and implementing efficient operating systems to support his sales and management teams so they can concentrate on what they do best -- providing the highest level of client service.

Prudential Arizona Properties is the second major Prudential real estate franchise under Vic's ownership. From 1989 until the company sold in 1997 Vic owned and operated Prudential Arizona Realty, the first and most successful Prudential affiliate in the Valley.  He also served as Regional President for Prudential California Realty in the San Francisco bay area in the mid '90s and since 1999 has provided high-level consulting services to some of the most significant Prudential Brokers nationwide.

 


Connie Manzano
Branch Manager
Camelback Director of Training

Connie Manzano serves as the Training Director for the Company and Manager of the Camelback Branch Office. She is a leader dedicated not only to the professionalism and success of the sales associates she manages, but also to all who come to her training to learn and better themselves.  Her style is dynamic and she brings a history of personal sales success, national training experience, and a reputation as a manager committed to her sales associates.  Connie believes that it not enough to offer great training.  It must be complemented by a business plan which mandates practical application of training.  Her "quarterback" coaching sessions are becoming legendary in keeping new and experienced sales associates "on track."

 


Jaci Redding

Chandler

Jaci manages the Chandler Branch Office, one of the newest in the Prudential Arizona Properties network, located in a newly constructed, lakeside building close to Downtown Ocotillo.  Jaci brings over twelve years residential experience which includes management  of her own residential brokerage firm serving the southeast valley. Jaci's caring and personable style supports a team oriented approach.   She believes in the success potential of all her sales associates through training and coaching. Always a listener first, Jaci marshals her professionalism and expertise to offer insight, solutions and strategies that translate into success for her sales associates.

 


Lana Cloud
Branch Manager
Gilbert

Lana Cloud brings a wealth of experience and innovation to her position as Manager of the Gilbert Branch Office.  With an emphasis on productive activities, team building, and energy-packed training, Lana keeps the office and its sales associates on the cutting edge of the industry.  Lana has earned her Master's Degree in Information Technology Management which accounts for the office's technology oriented atmosphere.  Lana also believes that success comes from comprehensive business planning and execution of plan strategies. She coaches each associate to the goals of their individual plan. With innovation and a love of the business, Lana creates a highly professional, yet truly enjoyable environment for all associates.  Lana holds the CRB (Certified Residential Broker), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), & E Pro certifications.

 


Lynda Smith
Branch Manager
Gold Canyon

Lynda manages the Gold Canyon Branch Office in the far southeast valley and she has  been with the company since its beginning. Her journey through its administrative ranks led her to understand that sales associates who remain loyal are those who needs are met in an office environment that truly supports them.  This gives sales associates the freedom to concentrate on serving their clients and customers.  Her appointment in 2007 to Manager was a role she has been serving in unofficially for several years.  Her management philosophy is based on providing knowledge and training to empower action and service.  Her motivation comes from her genuine enjoyment in interacting with her sales associates and the clients, customers and members of the community they serve. All of her sales associates will attest that she is always there for them.

 


Jim Nelson
Branch Manager
Northwest

Jim Nelson brings to his management of the Northwest Branch Office a wealth of experience from owning his own business and twenty-three years in Asia.  As a northwest valley resident for over 12 years, broker associate and a senior member of the management team, Jim has a commanding knowledge of the market, contracts and the Arizona revised statutes. As the Branch Manager, Jim is genuinely dedicated cultivating  the professionalism of all the sales associates.  He is the original manager of the Northwest Branch and has created a culture of best described as a "great place for sales associates to stay."  Jim holds a CPA certificate and marshals that expertise to assist sales associates in developing their own business plans.  His coaching around each individual's plan places successful execution at focal point of the office's success.

 


Cliff Potts
Branch Manager
Payson

Cliff is the former broker/owner of Prudential Arrowhead Realty which merged with Prudential Arizona Properties in 2006.  He is the Manager of the Payson Branch Office.  A former mayor of Payson, Cliff has also served in many other community, leadership  and industry positions including past president of the Central Arizona Board of Realtors.  He was awarded "Realtor of the Year" by the Central Arizona Board and in 2007 was named "Man of the Year" by the town of Payson. With over 33 years real estate experience, Cliff has a management philosophy which encourages his sales associates to become more productive and always strive for greater service to their clientele.  His easy demeanor and attitude of service with integrity creates the true impression that he is always there to help.

 


Dale Oestmann
Branch Manager
Pine

Dale is the Manager of the Pine Branch Office which serves mountain communities northeast of Phoenix.  Like many who resettle in the beautiful Rim Country, Dale moved to Pine in 1974 to escape northern winters. Dale serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Arizona Board of Realtors.  He was awarded "Realtor of the Year" by Prudential Arrowhead Realty, has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations, and is a member of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates' (PREA) prestigious Leading Edge Society. His management philosophy is based on helping others succeed.

 


Carol Williams
Property Manager

Carol Williams manages property in the Mountain Communities.  Carol launched her property management career from the corporate sector with over thirty-three years experience in customer service, billing, training and collections, ideal experience for a detailed property manager. In 2003 she began managing properties for our Rim Country owners.    Carol regards her mission as protecting the best interests of her owners while making sure that the tenant experience is worthy enough to keep tenants coming back year after year.  Carol truly believes that when all parties are treated fairly and respectively, satisfied owners and tenants abound.  Carol holds an Arizona salesperson license and a Manufactured Housing Communities Certificate from the state of Arizona.

 


Michael Hofstetter
Branch Manager
Scottsdale, North Scottsdale and Fountain Hills

Michael manages the Scottsdale, North Scottsdale (Troon) and Fountain Hills Branch Offices which specialize in serving buyers and sellers of luxury properties in the valley  He brings to Prudential Arizona Properties a history of personal sales success, training experience, deep contract and market knowledge, and a passion for the role technology in the real estate industry.  Michael's management philosophy encourages his sales associates to set their professional course through business planning for which he provides coaching and accountability.  His technology expertise gently leads sales associates to adapt practices which support the consumer and their goals through the use of technology.  Michael believes where technology is concerned that "no sales associate should be left behind."

 
Eileen

Eileen Slowinski
Director of Relocation

With over 12 years relocation director experience, Eileen holds a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and is a candidate for GBS (Global Mobility Specialist). Her experience encompasses corporate services, Broker Rewards programs, origination and destination services, marketing of corporate inventory properties, foreclosures and REO's, group moves affinity marketing, and consistently delivering quality relocation services to thousands of relocation families. Under Eileen's leadership and direction Prudential Arizona Properties won the 2006 Destination Services Performance Award for the Western United States from Prudential relocation.

Chris Heagerty
Director of Strategic Development

Chris Heagerty, most recently the General Manager for eRealty.com and Platform Consultant for Prudential Financial, holds the CRP, CRB, GRI and ABRM designations. Chris is also the former President and CEO of Heagerty Company Realtors in Austin Texas as well as a past president of the Austin Board of Realtors, past Regional Vice President of the Texas Association of Realtors, past Chair of Leadership Austin, recipient of the REALTOR of the YEAR for the Austin Board of Realtors and trecipient of The Ebby Halliday Award. Chris brings many years of experience in traditional real estate in addition to serving the online real estate consumer, website development, managing customer experience and sale associate conversion accountability.

 
Shelley

Shelley Branam
Controller

Shelley is a CPA who has over 13 years corporate accounting experience. She has been responsible for all facets of internal accounting for various businesses including retail, financial services, and tax accounting. This wide range of experience has given her depth in setting up processes and systems. Her knowledge of compliance issues is invaluable. Shelley is responsible for overseeing the accounting department functions for Prudential Arizona Properties.

Kathy McCord
Director of Marketing

Kathy comes to Prudential Arizona Properties following a 16 year career in Real Estate Marketing including 12 years as Vice President of Marketing for Prudential California Realty where she directed all marketing activity for the largest Prudential Affiliate in the nation. Her expertise is in her versatility and creative approach to marketing whether she is developing marketing programs for maximum property exposure, promoting company or branch office events, or working one-on-one with the Sales Associates to plan their individual marketing strategies. She is a forward thinker who keeps abreast of current trends and continually seeks out innovative initiatives to stay on the cutting edge of the ever-changing world of real estate. Kathy joined Prudential Arizona Properties in its 2nd year of operation and has made been a major contributor to the firm's growth to the largest Prudential Affiliate in the state of Arizona.
