Prudential Arizona Properties Raises $10,000 for Sunshine Kids in its 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament Held at Scottsdale Country Club

Scottsdale, AZ—April, 2005—Prudential Arizona Properties held its first annual Golf Tournament on Friday, April 1st at Starfire, Scottsdale Country Club to benefit Sunshine Kids Foundation. The annual Golf Tournament helped to raise $10,000 and brings this year’s fund raising efforts to a total of $22, 000 for Sunshine Kids. Prudential Arizona Properties works tireless hours to support the Sunshine Kids Foundation, a non-profit organization that enriches the lives of children suffering from cancer.

According to Margaret Dixon, CEO of Prudential Arizona Properties, “I take great pride in the support our company provides to The Sunshine Kids Foundation. We have affirmed a commitment to these children by ranking in the top twelve largest contributors among 1800 Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in the nation in 2004.”

Throughout the year Prudential plans and organizes many events to help raise funds for the Sunshine Kids. The next largest fund raising event, a yearly Masquerade Ball, is planned for October 22, 2005 to be held at the Fountain Hills Community Center. In addition, each summer Prudential Arizona Properties plans and orchestrates a “Send-Off Party” for the Annual Sunshine Kids California Fun-Time Fantasy. This trip gives children who are under treatment or in remission from cancer an opportunity to enjoy a fun adventure in California. Some 30 children from across the country participate in the trip.
