Prudential Arizona Properties Continues to Make Giant Strides in the Marketplace and Triples the Space in their Camelback Corridor Offices

Phoenix, AZ - June, 2005 - Prudential Arizona Properties is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Arizona and its growth can be measured in part by the expansion of its Camelback offices currently under construction, slated to be complete by the end of July. The Camelback offices will more than triple in size and expand to 5700 sq. ft. The Camelback corridor office suites of Prudential Arizona Properties are located at 3200 E. Camelback, Phoenix.

The new space will be totally state-of-the-art with four conference rooms, an elliptical reception area with raised ceiling, a bistro-cafe; "break room" and several private and semi-private offices for top producers, private conference rooms, locker area for storing private belongings and a "Think Tank" complete with an all white decor and white boards for creative "out-of-the-box" thinking. A large open area is also part of the plan for additional agents. This concept continues on the path that has been instituted by Prudential Arizona Properties President and CEO Margaret Dixon.
