Prudential Arizona Properties Continues Valley

Growth with the Addition of New Home Concepts of Mesa

 

 

Scottsdale, AZ – June 2007 New Home Concepts in Mesa, Arizona has merged with Prudential Arizona Properties.  Margaret Dixon, president and C.E.O. of Prudential Arizona Properties and James Biggs and Vivien Biggs, owners of New Home Concepts made the announcement to the New Home Concepts 18-member sales team earlier this year.  All sales associates will relocate from 9303 E. Baseline Road to the Prudential Arizona Properties Gilbert branch office located at 3701 E. Baseline Road.  The Biggs will return to real estate sales and join the Prudential Arizona Properties’ North Scottsdale office.  All will work under the Prudential Arizona Properties’ banner.

Merging the New Home Concepts sales team with the existing 67 agents in the Prudential Arizona Properties Gilbert office brings the total agent count in the Gilbert branch to 85.  All associates will work under the branch management of broker Lana Cloud.  This merger expands the entire Prudential Arizona Properties network to approximately 450 sales associates.

According to Margaret Dixon, “The merger with New Home Concepts is in line with our aggressive growth plans to expand our current 12-office network to better serve the greater metro Phoenix market and outlying areas.  We have added an exceptional group of sales associates to our ranks,” said Dixon, adding: “and we appreciate the confidence that Vivien and James Biggs have entrusted in our ability to provide advanced training, marketing, Internet, and referral resources.  We welcome the New Home Concepts sales team to our Prudential family.”
