Lana Cloud Named Managing Broker and Branch Manager of
Prudential Arizona Properties’ East Valley Regional Offices
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, October 2007 - Prudential Arizona Properties recently named Lana Cloud Managing Broker and Branch Manager for the East Valley Region. Cloud currently oversees operations for the firm's Gilbert office overseeing the sales and service activities for nearly 90 agents. In her expanded role she will manage the offices in Chandler with 60 agents and Gold Canyon with 25. The assumption of the additional responsibility for Cloud is effective immediately and brings the number of offices under her management to 3 and total number of agents to 175.
Supporting Cloud in her expanded role is an experienced, industry-savvy support staff. Designated Sales Managers Jaci Redding at Prudential Arizona Properties Chandler location and Lynda Smith at the Gold Canyon location will assist with day-to-day sales support and training, and administrative staff and Transaction Coordinators will further assist agents with daily tasks and document management.
Cloud’s responsibilities will include overseeing all East Valley region sales operations and working with sales associates to maximize their sales and service potential.

Cloud brings over 30 years of experience to her expanded role at Prudential Arizona Properties in senior executive level positions with firms throughout the United States. In addition to her work experience, Cloud is an active presence in regional and national networking and leadership positions including the National Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Female Executives and the Southeast Valley Association of Realtor®. Cloud also holds a Masters in International Information Technology Management from Georgetown.
