Prudential Arizona Properties Recognizes Top Sales Associates at

Annual Awards Celebration

Scottsdale, AZ—March 25, 2008--- Prudential Arizona Properties honored its top sales associates for 2007 production at its Annual Awards Celebration held March 24, 2008 in the Grand Ballroom at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa.   Over 200 associates attended the celebration representing 12 offices throughout the valley and Payson Rim country.

Vic Getsinger, President and CEO of Prudential Arizona Properties hosted the event which began with a sit down breakfast and opening comments by Getsinger.  The celebration culminated with the recognition of the top national award winners receiving 14" tall glass trophies etched with the image an Apache Indian Chief to tie in with Prudential's newly formed LLC, Apache Realty.  According to Getsinger, "We are very proud of our exceptional sales team who prevailed in a market where others fell back.  This is a testament to the quality of our sales force and to our management and support teams who motivated and coached our agents to prevail in a changing market."

Prudential Arizona Properties recognized over 100 associates at the event for outstanding customer service and sales production.  Those listed below earned top national honors, for GCI (gross commission income) and Residential Units (number of properties sold) in 2007.  These associates are the top producers within the Prudential Arizona Properties network and placed in the top percentile of over 68,000 sales associates in the Prudential Real Estate network, nationwide.
