Career Development

At Prudential Arizona Properties we take career development very seriously.  Training and coaching is tailored to each associate at their particular level.  Our training and coaching initiatives include: 

• Fast Track – for the new licensee – 6 full day sessions delivered once a week for 6 weeks.  The curriculum delivery is grounded in classroom learning, supported by in-field activity and reinforced through on-going accountability. It covers working with buyers, sellers, prospecting, integration of PruAZ tools, pricing, technology, and more. For a copy of our current training calendar, email us at careers@pruaz.com.  
• Online Coaching – for the experienced licensee – online video coaching sessions to sharpen skills.  Each module is delivered with reporting feedback to test the assimilation of the subject.  Click here to view an online session.
• Continuing Education – for license renewal  - quarterly Arizona Department of Real Estate approved Continuing Education Classes are delivered at our Scottsdale Training Facility by the Arizona School of Real Estate free for all sales associates.

• Work Out Groups – weekly ongoing coaching series in each branch office tailored to the novice associate (0-6 transactions), intermediate associate (7-20 transactions) and advanced associate (20+ transactions).  For an invitation to our next workout session, email us at coaching@pruaz.com
• Technology Training – training on all of our technology initiatives is offered at our Scottsdale and Chandler training facilities and at various times at all branch offices throughout the month.  Courses are available on website enhancement, eCards, eFarming, ZipForm, ToolKitCMA, and more.
