Mary Meinz, ASID Interior Designer: An award-winning professional interior designer with a passion for interiors,Mary believes that design is often more about desire than need with today’s luxury consumer. Good design should be about loving the ‘hunt’ and being delighted in the process. She feels design is a further transcendence of individuality customized to her client’s lifestyle which is accomplished through mutual trust, value, visualization, and respectful service. She brings a wealth of experience to any project with over 30 years of working with home owners, architects, and builders coast to coast. Mary’s “quarterback” abilities take the client from the blueprint and specification stages through lighting, space planning, colorization and custom furniture selections resulting in “edited timeless interiors”. She instinctively creates comfortably casual, yet elegant environments that are appealing to the senses, thereby creating harmony from the inside out. Décor is always “a work in progress”, however, now is the time for the best. “In the fashion forward world of color and design, I want to help others express their personal style, glamour, and embellishments in a way that fuses the gap between house and home. Jane Dugan, Allied ASID Interior Designer: Jane’s passion for design began in earnest at the University of Arizona and continued at the University of New Mexico. She met and married her husband in New Mexico and eventually transferred to Boston with his company and resumed her training at Boston College. With a husband firmly entrenched in corporate America, opportunities were created for Jane that others might have found to be a detriment. After 17 major moves, her passion for life and learning were only enhanced. As a result, many of Jane’s clients have followed her and continue to refer design projects to her despite their geographical differences. Her empathy for those relocating to the area makes Jane a perceptive advocate for newcomers—corporate and otherwise. Jane’s design strength is space planning which she considers to be the ‘bones’ of the project. Once a design plan has been established, she is adept at creating interiors that fit the client’s needs, desires, and lifestyle. Her superior use of color is Jane’s second trademark, personalizing spaces in a refreshing and revitalizing manner. A strong educational foundation, an ear for listening to her client’s needs and desires, and her ability to successfully implement them, has been the reason for Jane’s enormous success.
